Dr. Johanna Lorenz is a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute of Management and Decision Sciences at Hamburg University of Technology. She is an Information Systems scholar whose research focuses on digital innovation and digital entrepreneurship phenomena within the Experience Economy. Her work investigates the design, architecture and value pathways of digitalized experiential offerings and the entrepreneurial pecularities that arise from their provisioning.
In addition, Dr. Lorenz explores bodily digital innovations and the emerging entanglements between the human body and body-centric digital technologies (e.g., artificial pancreas systems). Her work examines the implications of these somatic entanglements, particularly in terms of agency and personal identiy.
