Software

At our institute we develop open source software packages, both as projects themselves and as support and implementation tools for our other research projects.

Within medical imaging, our software covers a wide range of areas from signal and image processing, image reconstruction, hardware instrumentation and control, to user interaction with graphical user interfaces. Much of the software is written in the open source language Julia, although some is written in C, C++, and hardware description languages such as Verilog.

Software Examples

Examples showcasing project results and software usage can be found in the IBIResearch GitHub organization. While the tests and examples of each individual package highlight the software itself, the examples of IBIResearch highlight specific advances in imaging algorithms and allow for the reproduction of our project results.
