During the Summer Party of Hamburg University of Technology, we opened our CampusLab to visitors of all ages for the first time. Guests were invited to explore the lab, learn more about our products and start-ups, and gain insights into study opportunities, teaching activities, and the overall CampusLab concept. It was great to see, how much interest visitors showed in our premisses.
Together with various CampusLab Partners we presented different pathways towards sustainable high-performance materials and products. Visitors gained insights into the lab’s analytical capabilities, how LCA can contribute to rational material development, study opportunities, and ways for students to get involved.
In addition, we presented activities from our cluster of excellence BlueMat – Water-Driven Materials, further highlighting the interdisciplinary approaches connected to sustainable materials research. Many thanks to everyone who contributed to the preparation and presentation of the activities.
