On October 22, TU Hamburg Relationship Management and the TU Hamburg Career Center hosted a well-attended panel discussion and networking event for international students, featuring three successful TUHH alumni: Asmita Rao, Project Leader/Project Owner for Innovation Softwares at Beiersdorf, Hardik Shilu, Digital Innovation Partner at Siemens Gamesa, and Ch Saad Ahmed, Software Engineer – Build Manager at NXP. The event was moderated by Frauke Kasting and Anna-Lena Glesinski from the Career Center.

The discussion focused on networking as the key to building professional relationships and new opportunities for cooperation. The importance of openness, curiosity, and continuous professional development beyond one's own field was also emphasized. It was highlighted that language skills are central to successful communication and cultural understanding, and that adapting to digital change and excellent technological skills are crucial to remaining competitive in a dynamic working world.
