In the year 2018 I started working as a research assistant of the smartPORT team, after finishing my studies in electrical engineering at the TUHH. My fields of interests are communication engineering and embedded systems.
Currently, my research topic includes underwater communication with our small and low-power acoustic underwater modem. Underwater communication is mandatory to connect underwater sensor nodes or micro autonomous underwater vehicles. I am member of the RoboVaaS (Robotic Vessels as-a-Service) project which investigates innovative robotic-aided services, e.g., ship hull inspections or data collection, in ports or waterways.
