Professor Koichi Terasaka is Professor at Chemical Engineering Laboratory from Department of Applied Chemistry at Keio University in Japan and is focusing on the investigation of the generation and transport processes of microbubbles during his sabbatical at our institute from September 2016 - March 2017.

There is a strong collaboration and exchange between our research groups, where a number of students were exchanged during the last years and Prof. Terasaka participated twice with a large group of students from Keio University at the Summer school "Frontiers in modeling of Multiphase Flows" performed by the IMS and SPE (Prof. Heinrich) at the TUHH in the year 2014 & 2015.
