Good working conditions at universities and research institutions are the prerequisite for good conditions in studying, teaching and research! The recent response to the proposal of the WissZeitVG (Wissenschaftszeitvertragsgesetz) as well as the TVStud initiative show that there is a need for discussion. As part of the Action Week Science, we want to give you a basis and opportunity to participate in this discussion. How does work in science actually work? What are the problems and opportunities? And what is the political situation? These topics are important for all of us at the TUHH. We look forward to getting in touch on this at the following events:
Kick-Off and Regulars' Table
The NGAWiss offers a kick-off rally with short impressions and statements from voices in science. We want to follow this broadcast together and then get into exchange and discussion in an informal atmosphere. Join us and get to know your colleagues and the common issues and challenges!
Panel Discussion "How to Work in Science?"
We want to bring up different voices from academia and everyday university life. Perspectives from WiMis / PhD students, students, professors, and the staff council of TUHH, UHH, and Uni Bremen will have their say. Here you can get an impression, form your opinion, and of course clarify urgent questions.
