Dissertation Project

The importance of innovation and creative problem-solving is increasing in terms of corporate competitive advantage. While in the 1980s companies were focusing on training and creativity techniques in order to increase employees' innovative activties nowadays they concentrate on the employees and their well-being. The corporate culture is not only expressed by management styles and communication but also office design.
