Julen Castillo Apraiz graduated with a PhD from the University of the Basque Country UPV/EHU with an international doctorate mention. Amongst other research stays, he has recently been a visiting researcher at the Department of Marketing and Management at the University of Southern Denmark (SDU) and is regularly visiting the Institute of Human Resource Management and Organizations (HRMO) at the Hamburg University of Technology (TUHH). He is a board member of the Journal of Industrial Engineering and Management, a member of the Effectiveness of Responsibility Teaching (EFFORT) Erasmus+ project, and a member of the scientific advisory committe of PLS2020 conference, among others.
He has been a reviewer for the European Management Journal, Special Issue 2015: European Management Research Using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and the Journal of Business Research, Special Issue 2015: Prediction-Oriented Modeling in Business Research by Means of Partial Least Squares Path Modeling.
