In 2015, I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering at the Hamburg University of Technology. I obtained my Master of Science in Watermanagement at Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands in 2018. During my studies, I specialised in hydrology and water resources management. In specific, I focused on hydrological modelling, remote sensing and data analysis as well as on the urban climate and urban watermanagement. After graduation, I worked for two years in the simulation of the effects of extreme precipitation events for the flood management of the city of Hamburg.
Since 2021, I am a PhD student at the Institute of Geo-hydroinformatics at the Hamburg University of Technology. My research focuses on the hydrological interaction between the soil and the atmosphere at the global scale.
