SysLogis hat die Entwicklung und Anwendung systembiologischer Methoden zur mathematischen Modellierung und Analyse von Schlüsselkomponenten in Metabolismus und regulatorischen Prozess einer neu entwickelten humanen Zelllinien eines Industriepartners für die Wirkstoffproduktion zum Ziel. Insbesondere werden dynamische Vorgänge in Zentralmetabolismus und Zellzyklus und ihre Interaktion während Zellwachstum und Produktbildung unter verschiedenen physiologischen Bedingungen bzw. mit genetischen Modifikationen analysiert, modelliert und ggf. prädiziert.
