for incoming exchange students from partner universities and outgoing TUHH students on their website! - General Engineering Science (STBA AIW)
- The School of General Engineering Sciences is merely an organisational unit for the very intersectional study programmesGeneral Engineering Science (en, B.Sc.), Allgemeine Ingenieurswissenschaften (de, B.Sc.), Mechatronics (B.Sc.) and Energy and Environmental Engineering (B.Sc., M.Sc.). This school therefore does not have its own Deputy Dean International or Departmental Coordinator!Outgoing TUHH-students
For exchange and mobility related questions:
- GES/AIW-students shall turn to the Deputy Deans International / Schools that match their area of specialisation.
- MTB-students have to turn to the School of Mechanical Engineering.
- EUT-students have to turn to the School of Process and Chemical Engineering.
Incoming Exchange Students from Partner UniversitiesWhen you apply to TUHH for an exchange stay, you are asked to match your home study programme to a correspending programm at TUHH. Please, chose a corresponding degree programm from all of TUHHs Schools of Study.
However, from the School of General Engineering Science the degree programs General Engineering Science (en, B.Sc.) or Allgemeine Ingenieurswissenschaften (de, B.Sc.) ARE NOT valid options. (Because there is no Departmental Coordinator.)
Mechatronics B.Sc. and Energy and Environmental Engineering B.Sc./M.Sc. ARE VALID options because in our application database we have re-grouped them under different schools of study:- Mechatronics (B.Sc.) -> School of Mechanical Engineering.
- Energy and Environmental Engineering (B.Sc./M.Sc.) -> School of Process and Chemical Engineering.
If you are uncertain about which corresponding TUHH-study program (degree program/course of study) you should state as corresponding to your home program, please, ask your home exchange coordinator what the bilateral exchange agreements says.
