Important information about the SOS system changeover - self-service functions for students

 

TUHH has been on the way to introducing the integrated Campus Management System "TUNE" for some time.

What does this mean to you?

On 02.12.2019 the SOS successor "STU" went to the start. Instructions for using the system can be found here.

In the above period you can only use the online functions for students to a limited extent. Enrolement certificates and transcripts or records can continue to be printed as of 15 November 2019. Changing addresses is not possible.

The personal consultation hours in the Student Services fall from 18 November 2019 to 4 December 2019 inclusive and in the Examination Office from 18 November 2019 to 6 December 2019 inclusive. Due to the software migration, employees also have no access to the system and can not print up-to-date certificates and confirmations.

Submission of final theses and the issuing of degree certificates by the Examination Office is still possible.

There are limitations in the ongoing operation of Student Services and Examination Office. In particular, there will be delays in the processing of master transcriptions and in the processing of changes of university, degree course or examination regulations as well as foreign accreditations.

The examination registration period for WS 2019/20 will postponed to 9 to 22 December 2019.    

The TUHH Intranet and Stud.ip are not affected by the shutdown.
