We welcome a new postdoc, Julian Golak, at our institute.

In the past four years, Julian was working on his PhD thesis at Maastricht University in the Netherlands. At the Institute of Algorithms and Complexity, his research focuses on algorithms and combinatorial optimization with application in natural sciences. The project is attached to the "DASHH – Data Science in Hamburg – Helmholtz Graduate School for the Structure of Matter".

Thus, Julian will be involved in cooperative research projects and organizing seminars for DASHH students.
